Portfolio materials
Creative submissions
Audience analytics
Engagement metrics
Brand alignment information
Social media performance
Content performance data
Participation history
Creator applications
The Company may analyze creator performance, engagement trends, business potential, and educational opportunities to improve ecosystem experiences, creator development systems, partnerships, and Company initiatives.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing through separate agreements, creator participation, submissions, consultations, mentorships, applications, or creator programs do not automatically transfer ownership of creator intellectual property to DIAKA FUTURE, LLC.
Ownership rights, royalties, monetization structures, licensing rights, exclusivity obligations, deliverables, content rights, or commercial use shall be governed by separate written agreements where applicable.
DIAKA FUTURE, LLC reserves the right to review creator submissions for quality assurance, partnership evaluation, educational purposes, ecosystem development, operational planning, or collaboration opportunities.
25. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, AUTOMATION & CONTENT PROCESSING
DIAKA FUTURE, LLC may utilize technology systems, automation platforms, analytics tools, artificial intelligence-assisted workflows, editing software, optimization systems, scheduling tools, and operational technologies to improve Services and business efficiency.
These systems may assist with:
Content editing
Video processing
Audio enhancement
Scheduling automation
Marketing optimization
Business intelligence
Customer support systems
Analytics and performance tracking
Creative workflows
Operational efficiency
Where applicable, automated systems may be used to improve user experiences, streamline communications, optimize Services, or enhance creative, production, or operational outcomes.
DIAKA FUTURE, LLC does not guarantee automated systems will function without interruption, technical limitations, delays, or errors.

By voluntarily tagging Company accounts, participating in Company campaigns, submitting testimonials, or publicly engaging with Company-related content, users grant DIAKA FUTURE, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide license to repost, display, reproduce, publish, distribute, feature, or otherwise utilize such content for promotional, educational, editorial, operational, business, or marketing purposes.

DIAKA FUTURE, LLC cannot guarantee removal from third-party platforms, shared media, previously distributed materials, screenshots, or independently archived content.
Nothing herein transfers ownership of a user’s original content to DIAKA FUTURE, LLC absent a separate written agreement.
27. MEMBER GUESTS, VISITOR DATA & SHARED RESPONSIBILITY
Members, renters, creators, contractors, partners, and users of Diaka Spaces may invite guests into Company-operated environments.
The Company may collect limited visitor information including:

Visit purpose
Check-in history
Security-related information
Members may be responsible for ensuring guests comply with Company rules, privacy expectations, community standards, media policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
Guests entering Company-operated environments acknowledge that photography, filming, livestreaming, podcast recording, security monitoring, and operational technologies may be present.
28. INTERNATIONAL USERS & DATA TRANSFERS
DIAKA FUTURE, LLC operates primarily within the United States.

DIAKA FUTURE, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to websites, memberships, booking systems, production schedules, communications, events, automation systems, creator programs, digital experiences, or Services.
The Company shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, scheduling conflicts, communication failures, missed notifications, operational disruptions, or service limitations resulting from circumstances outside of the Company’s reasonable control, including:
Internet failures
Software outages
Vendor interruptions
Payment processor failures
SMS or email disruptions
Cybersecurity incidents
Government actions
Natural disasters
Utility failures
Labor disputes
Emergencies
Force majeure events
Users acknowledge that technology systems may experience occasional disruptions or limitations.
31. GOVERNING LAW & LEGAL VENUE
